You must have a UHID issued by Rajagiri Hospital to access our Online Payment Facility (Eg: RAJH.XXXXXXXX). The descriptions of services are specific to you (i.e. Service name, Date etc.), when you log in with your unique password. All the amounts quoted are in Indian Rupees.
A first time user is advised to make use of the “New User/Forgot Password” Facility available in Home page to set a new password.
The facility for online payment is available through Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking only of the approved banks as listed in our payments page.
Online payments made shall be credited to the account bearing a UHID Number for the patient with the Hospital or about to avail hospital services.
Final Settlement of all bills whether Inpatient or Outpatient shall have to be made at the Hospital Billing Counter only and no such settlement shall be effected through the Online Payment Facility.
Refunds will be allowed only if the service is not rendered by the Hospital for any reason after receiving the payment, or the admission of the patient is cancelled for any reason or the amount deposited exceeds the bills for the services rendered by the hospital. Such Refunds, if any, will be made from billing counter at the Hospital.
Refund will be initiated only after a due request is made by the patient in the refund counter at the billing counter, and the same is duly approved by the respective authority of the hospital to issue the refund.
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card/net banking account details provided by you for availing of services will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card/net banking account which is not lawfully owned by you.
When making any online payment(s) through your Debit Card/ credit card/ net banking account(s), you will be redirected to the Payment Gateway page. The Payment Gateway will redirect you to other website(s) maintained or controlled by third party(ies) (the “non-Rajagiri Hospital website(s)”). Rajagiri Hospital does not control the non-Rajagiri Hospital website(s) and is not responsible for any transactions on the non-Rajagiri Hospital website(s). Rajagiri Hospital is not responsible for, shall have no liability for and disclaims all warranties whatsoever expressed or implied related to the non-Rajagiri Hospital website, including without limitation any warranties related to performance, security, stability, or non-infringement of the title of the non-Rajagiri Hospital website(s) and website content or any controls downloaded from the non-Rajagiri Hospital website.
The Payment Gateway levies Convenience fees (Payment gateway Charges) for Online Payments using any payment channel (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets & Cash Cards). Payment gateway Charges can be either a flat fee (Net Banking) or a percentage (Card Gateway & Wallets & Cash Cards) of the amount that you pay depending on the payment mode selected.
It is suggested that you avoid pressing “Back / Refresh” buttons until your transaction gets completed. The Payment Gateway page is programmed to automatically void a session, if not used continuously for 10 Minutes. The Hospital shall not be responsible or liable for any loss/ damage caused by reason of such disconnections.
If the Bank/credit card or net banking account supplier declines payment, Rajagiri Hospital shall be under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. Customers should check with their Bank/credit card or net banking account supplier, that payment has been deducted from their account.
The Hospital shall not in any way be liable for any delay, disruption or defects in the Online Payment Facility.
In case the Website or Payment Service Provider’s webpage that is linked to the Website, is experiencing any server related issues like ‘slow down’ or ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’, the User shall, before initiating another payment, check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited or not and
- In case the Bank Account appears to be debited, ensure that he/ she does not make the payment twice and immediately contact Payment Gateway customer support via e-mail or any other mode of contact as provided by the Hospital to confirm payment.
- In case the Bank Account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment.
Rajagiri Hospital shall not be responsible for any issues pertaining to the online payment(s) made by You through Your credit card/net banking account(s) including but not limited to, excess charges charged by the Bank/credit card or net banking account supplier, double debit to the credit card account, invalid card details, authentication of card details and ancillary/ incidental charges for the transaction. You are requested to communicate all grievances related to such issues to Your Bank/ credit card or net banking account supplier.
The Remitter/ Patient shall be solely responsible for keeping the remitting computer/ mobile/ any device from which such online payment is made free from viruses, worms, Trojans or any similar types of malware and malicious programs. The Remitter/ Patient acknowledges that any failure to do so may lead to, amongst other things, the interception of data by unauthorized parties. The Hospital shall have no liability whatsoever, for any loss/ damage that is caused wholly or in part by such failure to keep such computer/ mobile/ device secure The Hospital shall not be liable and stands indemnified against any loss or damage that a patient/ remitter may occur as a result of any phishing/ vishing/ smishing/ identity theft or misrepresentation/fraud by any hacker using the name of the Hospital.
The Hospital shall use all reasonable cyber-security measures to ensure the integrity of the Online Payment Facility’s Security. Despite this, if breaches of security and confidentiality occur, the remitter/ patient having used such Online Payment Facility acknowledges that any loss/damages due to such breach shall be to the account of the Remitter/ patient and the Hospital shall be indemnified against the same.
Further, RAJAGIRI HOSPITAL has every right to bring about legal action for any misuse/ alteration/ reproduction of the content/ information available on the website without prior permission.
Nothing contained herein creates or is intended to create a contract/agreement between RAJAGIRI HOSPITAL and any user visiting the RAJAGIRI HOSPITAL website or providing identifying information of any kind.
In no event will RAJAGIRI HOSPITAL be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
